I do not understand all these negative reviews They (petplan)covers almost everything and they always pay in 10 days I have been with them for more than 10 years and never had a problem...it is not nice what you guys write hier...I love you petplan and thanks for been hier for me and my dogs in these many years. we love you korosh

Both my cats are insured with them. I don't have any complaints, you can submit claims online and they process them pretty fast. My second cat had skin issues from the shelter and I could still insure her but couldn't claim any skin expenses for the first 6 months, which I think is fair.

I can only Highly Recommend PetPlan! If you love your pet ... get at least basic insurance! It is very strange to see negative reviews for PetPlan! Twice my cat had an accident, and he was hospitalized and operated on, and did cost a lot of money. I'm very t grateful to Petplan insurance for covering (+-) 80% of the cost of both events. A few times I've been in contact via telephone with customer care they were very helpful very clear and explained all the necessary things I need to do. Declaring the cost was extremely easy and within a few days, I received the confirmation of the amount which is covered by the insurance, and within a few days, the covered amount was transferred to my bank account. Thank you for the plan for your support for keeping our pets safe

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews! I have been using this insurance for 4 years, and I am very happy with it. Last year I had several issues with my cats, and I got everything reimbursed from the percentage agreed for my package. Even if the amount was large and it would take longer, I still got my reimbursement within a few weeks.

Fast processing of the claims. Works by the policy. The invoice needs to include the pet name along with the chip number. Have filed multiple claims for my pets. Would definitely recommend.

Figo handled my claim efficiently and their staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the website could be more user-friendly.
